Annual Duck Box Days
PCCA’s Annual Duck Box Days are held twice a year, once in the winter, and once in the spring.
Saturday, May 3. Spring Duck Box Check at Stetson. We will be checking boxes, banding hen wood ducks and hooded mergansers and counting their eggs. Meet at 8:30 at the club camp on New Sweden Road. People should dress for the weather and have a canoe, paddles, and PFDs. We should be done by noon. Contact Barry Burgason with questions. 745-2656.
Saturday, May 3, 1:00 PM. Land Management Tour. Meet at the Stetson camp on New Sweden road for a tour of the club-owned land led by land committee chair, Barry Burgason. Learn about the history, uses, management and future plans for the 1,300 acres. Learn about how you can become involved. It is tick season so you should prepare to deal with them. We will visit areas along the New Sweden and Bunker Roads.

Who knows what we will find!!
Many folks have assisted us in the past and this is a wonderful way to learn about duck boxes and give a hand to help. All are welcome! We look forward to meeting new friends! There is no cost to attend!
